Season Ticket Terms & Conditions

Season Passes are issued by Poole Speedway Limited and are for the sole use of the named ticket holder only. They are not transferable to any other party, under any circumstances.

Admission to the stadium will only be granted upon presentation of the valid Season Pass at the appropriate turnstile. 2020 Season Passes are only valid for entry to home fixtures held at Poole stadium during the 2020 season.

2020 Season Passes are not valid for any BSPA Shared events, FIM Internationals, Individual Testimonials, Benefit Meetings, K.O. Cup (other than 1st round), or Play-Off Matches.

The Season Pass enclosure will remain reserved for Season Pass holders only, at all home meetings throughout the season. Season Pass holders will be entitled to a 10% discount on Track Shop merchandise on production of the valid pass at point of sale. Holders will also be entitled to a £5 discount on entry to meetings at other participating clubs in the Southern Alliance (currently Somerset Swindon and Eastbourne) Where such meeting is covered by the participating club’s season pass policy.

Season Pass holders are invited to attend the Club’s Press and Practice Day and may gain entry by presenting their valid Season Pass at the entrance.

Concessions are available to Seniors and Children at the following age points: Adults 65 and over, Children 11-15 - Age at 01 April 2020 will apply. Concessions are also available to persons with disability or those on benefits.

ALL applications for concessions to the full price must be accompanied by proof of age or evidence of entitlement to such concession. No refunds or compensation will be made, in whole or in part, for any unused or partially used Season Passes.

In the event of loss of a Season Pass, the Speedway Office must be notified at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of rained-off meetings, Season Passes will automatically be valid for any restaged fixture where the original fixture was postponed prior to the commencement of heat eight.

2020 Season Passes should be paid for in full at point of application and in ALL CASES MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR BY 1st March 2020

MOTOR SPORTS ARE DANGEROUS AND ALL PERSONS ATTENDING EVENTS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK

It is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or organisation and/or conduct of the events including the owners and lessees of the stadium and the owners and riders of motorcycles, are absolved from any liability arising out of accidents causing damage or personal injury to spectators or ticket holders. The management reserve the right to alter this programme. In no circumstances will money be refunded. Right of admission reserved. Unauthorised photography strictly prohibited. Unauthorised vendors will be prosecuted. Health & Safety Notice: Please note that access to the racetrack and centre green before, during and after the meeting is strictly forbidden to all unauthorised persons.

Will all patrons kindly note that ALL still and movie photography is banned within Poole Stadium. Poole Speedway also reserves the right to exclude anyone not complying with this policy
