Rising Stars Set to Shine at Poole’s ‘Harbour Masters’

Poole Speedway launches the "Harbour Masters" championship – an individual event set for Wednesday, 21st May, at Wimborne Road. As part of the British Development Series, the Harbour Masters will showcase some of British Speedway’s rising stars.

It is a date within the calendar that currently has no clashes with other fixtures, so Poole Promoter Dan Ford is confident of being able to track a talented line-up for the event.

"We are in a good position to have a strong line-up at this level and those who attended our similar fixture last season will recall it was a competitive nights racing.

"As with last season,  we will have restricted facilities available to us with the glass-fronted west side Grandstand closed, but that certainly didn’t detract from the night's entertainment and I can see that this year's meeting will be as exciting,  if not more. 

"Further announcements in relation to the line-up and admission details will be released in due course,  but for now I would urge our dedicated fans to put the date in the diary."
