RACEDAY PREVIEW: PIRATES HAVE THEIR EYE ON THE TIGERS

Should the Wessex Marine Pirates successfully defend their slender six point first leg lead against Redcar at the ECCO Arena tonight (Saturday 20th May) then they will secure their place in the BSN final and a contest against the Glasgow Tigers
 

The Scottish side became the first side into the final after they comprehensively beat Scunthorpe for the second time in their semi-final tie, converting their first leg two point advantage into a 101-79 aggregate triumph.

Tonight's meeting for the Pirates sees Gary Havelock at the helm for the first time this season where he will be keen to claim a hat-trick of wins at Redcar having managed the Pirates to two wins   on Teesside last season.
