CHAMPIONSHIP PAIRS LINE-UP REVEALED

The line-up for the 2026 SGB Championship Pairs, featuring all nine Championship clubs has been announced. 

The event, to be staged at Wimborne Road on Wednesday 2nd September at 7pm will feature:

Josh Pickering & Luke Harrison - Scunthorpe

Peter Kildemand & Nick Morris - Berwick

Chris Harris & Leon Flint - Glasgow

Jonas Jeppesen & Drew Kemp - Workington

Charles Wright & Jason Edwards - Redcar

Sam Masters & Anders Rowe - Oxford

Dan Thompson & Kye Thomson - Edinburgh

RICHARD LAWSON & ZACH COOK - Poole

Scott Nicholls & Danny King - Plymouth

Poole promoter Dan Ford said,

"This is a very strong line-up and whichever pair comes out on top will surely have deserved it. Obviously, I hope it will be Richard and Zach, from a Poole perspective but I am delighted to see so many riders in the field that can perform at Wimborne Road. We will have finished all our regular features by this date and just be waiting on the play-off details and our BSN opponents, so it comes as an opportune time and I sincerely hope that, although we have had to move the date to midweek, it will still attract plenty of support across the clubs."
