DAN HEADING FOR NUMBER TEN
New signing Dan Gilkes will be making his tenth team appearance at Wimborne Road when the tapes go up on Good Friday (6.30pm).
FIRST LEG OF GRAND FINAL DEFERRED
4/10/23The first leg of the Grand Final at Glasgow has been pushed back to Sunday 8th October, with a 6pm start, due to the poor weather forecast for Friday when the meeting was originally planned.
Dan Ford explained "Friday is looking very much a washout in Glasgow and so to avoid any unnecessary travel the meeting has been put pack to give them a far better chance of getting the meeting on."
The second leg is still scheduled for Wednesday 11th October at Wimborne Road and tickets are now on-sale for what is expected to a sell-out occasion.
