LIVE BAND AT ANNIVERSARY MEETING

22/03/18

Meat Loaf tribute act Terry Nash will be providing pre and post-meeting entertainment at the Volvo Cars Poole Pirates' season opener tomorrow.

Marking the start of the club's 70th season, the Platinum celebrations begin with an individual meeting with a £10,000 top prize - and ahead of the on-track action there will be live music from Terry as the irrepressible American rocker.

Terry truly possesses the vocal range, power and versatility that combine with his haunting resemblance to man himself and a high energy performance accurately re-creates the live performances of Meat Loaf in his prime.

Many of the riders who are competing in the meeting have already confirmed that they will be staying on for the post-meeting gig from 10.30pm.

Admission prices for the Anniversary Meeting, which gets underway at 7pm with fans urged to arrive as early as possible to allow sufficient time for parking and walking to the stadium due to the south-bound road works in Wimborne Road, are

£20 over 16

£10 aged 11-15

£5 aged 6-10

5's or under free.
