WOLVERHAMPTON VISIT PUSHED BACK

18/03/18

The return of the Beast from the East has had an impact already on the Volvo Cars Poole Pirates fixture schedule.

Due to begin their Premiership League season at Wolverhampton on Monday 26th March, the Pirates trip has been postponed after a re-shuffling of the Wolverhampton schedule following this weekend's snowfall.

With the Monmore Green circuit covered in snow their planned Press Day for the 19th has consequently been pushed back by seven days and a new date will be found for Poole's visit.

In other news, newly appointed Pirates' skipper Josh Grajczonek has been included in the Belle Vue Aces' 90th Anniversary meeting on Saturday 24th March, just 24 hours after the Pirates hold their 70th Anniversary meeting.
