Brady Kurtz missed out on a rostrum place in the second round of the Australian Championships, despite going through the qualifying heats unbeaten.
His impeccable performance at Undera was breached when he was disqualified for causing the fall of Poole asset Jack Holder, who had successfully come through the B final after scoring 8 points from his five programmed rides, a tapes exclusion in his fifth restricting that total.
Rohan Tungate, winner of the opening round at Kurri Kurri, went on to win again with reigning champion Sam Masters finishing second and Holder third.
