MEETING POSTPONED - PIRATES V ACES

Due to the inclement weather forecast for Wednesday (2nd August) an early decision has been made to postpone the scheduled fixture between Poole and Belle Vue.

Explaining the early call, Poole promoter Matt Ford said, "at the BSPA meeting today Mark Lemon and myself both agreed that with no reasonable weather forecast to offer any hope that we should make an early decision and avoid having to make the inevitable call tomorrow. It does mean though that we will be faced with the prospect now of having to ride two home meetings in a week before the cut-off date to ensure that we complete the schedule and we will make an announcement about the restaging date once we have finalised it."
