HOLDER MARK III GIVES IT A SPIN

26/06/14

The lastest member of the Holder dynasty enjoyed a spin-out at Wimborne Road on Wednesday night as Jack Holder enjoyed a couple of after-meeting practice laps.

With a large number of the crowd who had been highly entertained during Poole's trouncing of Birmingham Brummies, staying behind eager to see young Holder in action, Jack put in several impressive laps.

Holder, who finished 12th in the Australian Championship, is the younger brother of Chris and James and he intends to follow in their footsteps by making the move to the UK next year. And enjoying a European holiday he couldn't resist jumping aboard a machine to test out the Poole circuit, admitting afterwards on his Twitter feed "Nice to have my first skid In uk at Poole (thumbs up)  I'll be back for sure".

His elder brother, Chris, is currently sidelined with a broken wrist and will miss Saturday's Grand Prix round in Parken, Copenhagen. Currently joint third in the championship with 55 points, level with Nicki Pedersen, the 2012 world champion is targetting a come-back in time for round 7 - the British GP at Cardiff - on July 12th.
